Terms of Use
Review the regulatory conditions, interface access policies, and operational responsibilities for utilizing our enterprise broadcasting systems.
1. Agreement to Terms
By entering, browsing, connecting, or utilizing our broadcast management console, related APIs, sequence workflows, or digital infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept all provisions set forth herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must cease all access immediately.
2. Operational Scope and System Access
Our Platform provides real-time broadcast sequence routing, live telemetry cue monitoring, and transmission coordination tools. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and operate the Platform strictly for legitimate enterprise broadcasting and media workflow management.
- System access credentials must be safeguarded with enterprise-grade security practices.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, rate-limit bypassing, or unauthorized interface instrumentation is strictly prohibited.
- Telemetry logs and operational streams must not be manipulated, altered, or intercepted without prior written authorization.
3. User Accounts and Operational Integrity
To access designated broadcast switcher consoles and telemetry relays, authorized operators must register an enterprise account. You agree to provide precise, verified information and keep your administrative profile updated at all times. You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any operational actions or broadcast cues executed under your account identifier.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if suspicious latency spikes, unauthorized transmission attempts, or malicious cue injections originating from your account are identified.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, visual architecture, interface layout designs, timing cue algorithms, telemetry dashboards, graphics, and proprietary sequence matrices are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors and are protected under international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and proprietary rights laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, duplicated, republished, reverse engineered, or distributed without express written consent.
5. Acceptable Conduct and Regulatory Compliance
When operating the Platform, you warrant and represent that you will not:
- Transmit or inject content that violates federal communications guidelines, broadcast regulations, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Attempt to compromise system resilience, bypass zero-latency switching fallbacks, or disrupt concurrent live stream nodes.
- Introduce malicious code, logic bombs, trojans, or automated scripts that degrade server responsiveness.
- Engage in deceptive signal hijacking, unauthorized distribution of syndicated feeds, or protocol tampering.
6. Service Availability and Dynamic Modifications
While our infrastructure targets high operational availability with real-time failover protocols, we do not warrant that Platform access will be completely uninterrupted or free from transmission anomalies. We reserve the absolute right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, protocol interface, or telemetry stream at our discretion without prior notice or liability.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Platform and all associated broadcast services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied, including fitness for a particular broadcast objective, non-infringement, and uninterrupted latency targets. In no circumstance shall we be held liable for direct, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages resulting from broadcast interruptions, transmission drops, equipment misconfigurations, or operational downtime.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and technological partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized transmission activities, or violation of third-party broadcast standards.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, arbitration, or dispute resolution arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in competent courts situated within our primary legal venue.
